Overview
Perplexity is one of the 11 AI models Trackbase tracks. Every 24 hours your prompt set runs against Perplexity, and each response is analyzed for brand mentions, sentiment, position and citations — so you always know exactly how Perplexity talks about your brand.
How it works
Your tracked prompts run against Perplexity daily. The responses feed your Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment and rankings, benchmarked against your competitors on the same prompts. Through the Trackbase MCP server you can also query your Perplexity data directly from Claude, Codex or any MCP-compatible client.
Configure
No setup required — Perplexity tracking is included in your plan and starts as soon as your prompts are configured.
To query your Perplexity data through MCP, connect Claude via OAuth or create a personal API token in Settings → MCP.
